Recent Images

These images were made between Christmas and New Year's 2012.  I stayed in Lone Pine and spend one day photographing the Alabama Hills.  The next day I drove up as far as June Lake but only made one image: "Sierra Crest" which is a three frame stitch made with the Sigma DP2 Merrill. All the panoramas are three frame stitched images.

One the way home I spent a day in Death Valley National Park. The weather was quite warm and cloudy which made for some great light.

You may notice that the images take a second or two to display sharply. This is because the original files are at full resolution, and the system scales them to match your monitor's resolution as they are loaded.
