| PRINTS and PROCESSES . We are keeping it very simple by offering only one presentation style and one size. (actually two sizes if you consider panoramas). This keeps costs down and gives you the largest print we can currently produce and easily ship worldwide. The sizes are 24x32 and 16x48 inches for panoramas. These sizes can vary somewhat depending on the image's aspect ratio. For example, images made with 4x5 inch film will print at 24x30 rather than 24x32. Most of our panoramas are 1:3 aspect ration and will print at the full 16x48 inch size. A few are narrower but still will retain the 16 inch height. If you need a smaller size to fit a certain space we can accomodate that, but the price will be the same as our standard sizes. FLOAT MOUNTED CANVAS PRINTS The presentation style is a canvas print in a float mount. These are printed on the Epson 7900 HDR pigment inkjet printer and permanently mounted to 2mm thick Dibond, a very rigid aluminum composite panel. The finished prints are coated with an invisible waterbased matte varnish called Timeless for protection and durability. The surface is non-reflective with no glass between you and the print. A 3/4 inch thick solid oak subframe is then attached to the back with Weldon industrial adhesive. This allows the print to "float" off the wall for an extremely modern and clean look. The frame is recessed several inches and not visible at normal viewing angles. They are unframed with a clean edge. If you wish they can be easily put in a frame, but we think they look better without a frame. The look is contemporary and fits any decor. To quote Antoine de Saint-Exupery, "Perfection is achieved, not when there is nothing more to add, but when there is nothing left to take away." OTHER PRESENTATION STYLES Also available are acrylic face mounted Fujiflex Supergloss prints in a similar float mount. These are considerably more expensive due to increased production costs by an outside lab. Standard dry mounted and matted prints on paper are also available if you prefer a traditional presentation. Contact us for a quote on either of these styles. WARRANTY Your satisfaction with your purchase is guaranteed. If you aren't happy with your purchase we will cheerfully refund the purchase price. The fine print: Shipping to you will not be refunded, and you must pay the cost for return shipping. If you want to return your print contact us first for return authorization. The request must be made within 60 days of your purchase. Prints must be returned in original condition. DISCOUNTS Buy two or more prints at the same time and receive a 10% rebate on the order total. Rebate will be issued as a Paypal refund after you check out. SHIPPING After choosing your image and viewing your cart, add shipping depending on your location. US orders will be shipped FEDEX Ground; International orders will be sent by US Mail. Both shipping methods include a tracking number and insurance.
